FEATURES:

Design/Build conventional steel construction with joist and joist girders at a 0.25 in. 12 roof slope. Wall panels are 8″ precast and load bearing on 3 sides. Expandable side is 3″ thick insulated metal panel. Roof system is 22 gauge grey prime painted top, white prime painted bottom type B roof deck. Total 148,000 square foot building features 300 square feet of storefront with 6 x 7 doors, (8) 9 x 10 Loading Docks and (1) motorized Drive-in Door.
